For the Starter, Growth and Accelerate monthly packages. Our terms of service apply as well; where the two differ on a package, this page wins.

Month to month. No 12-month contract, just two months' notice to cancel. And if you are unhappy with our work, we end your package straight away, no questions asked.

No 12-month contract and no minimum term. You pay one month at a time.
Two months' notice
When you want to stop, tell us by email. We keep working for two more billing months and then the package ends.
Unhappy? You can leave at once
If you are unhappy with our work, tell us and we end the package straight away. No notice period, no questions asked.
The packages
- Starter: $2,395 a month, 15 credits a month.
- Growth: $3,795 a month, 25 credits a month.
- Accelerate: $5,795 a month, 40 credits a month.
A package agreed on a call at a different price or with different credits keeps what was agreed, in writing, and these terms for everything else.
Billing
- Your package is billed monthly in advance, on the same day of the month you started, to the card you paid with. Stripe takes the payment; we never see or store your card number.
- Prices are in US dollars, as shown on the page or payment link you bought from. Ascendily is a US company and does not charge VAT.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days. If it still fails, we pause work until it is paid.
- We can change a package's price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from the first billing date after that notice, and you can give notice to cancel before it does.
Credits and the plan
- Each package comes with credits every month. A blog article, written, published and optimized, is 1 credit. A service, category or other main page is 2 credits. Re-optimizing an older page as new data comes in is half a credit. An extra backlink, beyond the links in your package, is 3 credits. Other work, such as technical fixes, is 1 credit an hour.
- Credits move between new pages, updates and links as the plan needs. Once the pages are written, more of them can go to links and authority, so the work follows what the data shows.
- What the credits go to is agreed with you in a plan for each quarter, built around your launches, press and seasons. We report on the work every month and meet once a month to review it.
- Unused credits carry over to the next month only. Credits have no cash value and are not paid out when the package ends.
- Work is started once you approve it in the plan. Work that has started when a package ends is finished and delivered.
Cancelling
- To cancel, email kevin@frameworkseo.com from the address on the account. Your notice starts on the day we receive it.
- The package runs, and is billed, for the next two billing dates after your notice, and then ends. You get the work and the credits for those two months.
- The straight exit: if you are unhappy with our work, say so in the same email and we end the package at once. No more charges are taken, nothing more is owed, and you keep everything delivered so far. The month already paid is not returned.
- We can end a package too, with the same two months' notice, or at once if a payment is not made or these terms are broken.
What we need from you
- Access to what we need to do the work: your website or its CMS, and read access to Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Answers and approvals within a reasonable time. If we are waiting on you, the plan moves with it; unused credits follow the carry-over rule above.
- Accurate details about your business, products and claims. You are responsible for what is published on your site, and you can change or remove anything we write.
Who owns what
- Everything we write or make for your site is yours once the month it was made in is paid, and it stays yours after the package ends.
- We keep our framework, methods, tools and templates. Using them for your site does not transfer them.
- We may name you as a client and show results in anonymised form, unless you ask us not to.
What we do not promise
- Results are never guaranteed. We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, or a date for any of them. Search engines and AI systems decide who they show.
- Any forecast we show you is an estimate, not a promise.
- The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee covers the growth plan, not packages. The straight exit above is how you leave a package you are unhappy with.
The $3,000 promise on the map
The $3,000 promise belongs to the growth plan, not to a package. Its conditions are on the guarantee page, which is the controlling text.
Everything else
Liability, governing law (the State of Wyoming), disputes and changes work as in our terms of service. If we change this page, we update the date at the top and email active package clients; a change takes effect from your next billing date.
