Terms of service.

Framework SEO is a product of Ascendily LLC, a company in the United States, registered at 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, Suite 320, New York, NY 10013. When these terms say we, us or Ascendily, that is who they mean. Contact is kevin@ascendily.com.

• The topical map

  A done-for-you topical map for your website: every topic to cover, in pillars and clusters, with search data, the order to publish in, and the internal linking plan. Delivered as a live spreadsheet plus a dashboard.

• The AI-citation checklist

  An optional add-on at checkout: a checklist for getting your pages cited by AI answer engines, plus the schema to go with it.

• Other services and add-ons

  Anything else you buy through the site, including monthly retainers, is covered by these terms plus whatever is written on the page where you bought it.

• We aim to deliver the map within 3 business days of your intake being complete.
• Intake is complete when we have your domain, what you sell, and answers to any follow-up we send. The clock does not start until then.
• 3 business days is a target, not a contractual deadline. If we are going to be late, we tell you.
• You get a link to a live spreadsheet and a dashboard by email. Keep your own copy if you want one offline.

Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown at checkout when you buy. Payment is taken by Stripe; your card number goes to Stripe directly and we never store it. Ascendily is a US company and does not charge VAT. Monthly services bill on the same day each month until you cancel, which you can do by email at any time.

If you do not like the map, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full amount you paid. No questions, no forms, no call to talk you out of it. You keep the map. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

The refund covers the topical map only. Add-ons bought at checkout or in the dashboard (checklists, gap sheets, briefs, outlines, articles, audits, forecasts) are produced for your site as soon as you buy them and are not refundable. The monthly monitor can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the period you paid for, with no refund of that period.

If you publish the map in full and it does not move your organic revenue, we pay you $3,000. That promise has conditions about what you publish, what has to be true of your site, and how the result is measured. All of them are on the guarantee page, and that page is the controlling text for the payout. Nothing here adds to it or takes from it.

• We do not promise rankings, traffic or revenue beyond what the guarantee page says.
• Search engines and AI systems change. A map built on today's data is our best work on today's data.
• We are not responsible for what you publish, how it is written, or how your site is built.

• To give us accurate details, including a domain you own or are authorised to work on.
• To use the map for your own business, not to resell it or pass it on as your own product.
• Not to use the site or the map for anything illegal.

• You get a perpetual licence to use the delivered map for the business it was built for. No time limit, no renewal.
• We keep the framework, the methodology and the templates the map is built from. Buying a map does not transfer any of that.
• You may not resell the map, publish it as a product, or use it to build maps for other people.
• Anything you publish based on the map is yours. We claim nothing in your content.

Buying, or giving us your email on the site, puts you on our list. You will get your receipt and delivery emails, and after that emails about Framework SEO and Ascendily services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and using it does not affect anything you have bought. Our privacy policy covers what we do with your details.

Our total liability to you for anything arising from a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for it, with one exception: the $3,000 guarantee, which is paid on its own terms. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States. If something goes wrong, email us first; we would rather fix it than argue about it.

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. The version in force when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase.
