What you are buying, how it arrives, what you can do with it, and which purchase comes with the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Buying anything on frameworkseo.com means you agree to these.

Do not like the map? Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee gives you your money back in full: email us inside 30 days. You keep the map. It has no conditions, and it covers the growth plan (and the Ad Infinitum class purchases). Everything else we sell is a final sale once paid, because the work on it starts the moment you buy. The separate $3,000 guarantee has conditions, and they are all on the guarantee page.
Who you are dealing with
Framework SEO is a product of Ascendily LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its office and mailing address at 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, Suite 320, New York, NY 10013. When these terms say we, us or Ascendily, that is who they mean. Contact is kevin@frameworkseo.com.
What you are buying
The growth plan
A done-for-you growth plan for your website: every topic to cover, in pillars and clusters, with search data, the order to publish in, and the internal linking plan. Delivered in your dashboard, with a spreadsheet export.
The AI-citation checklist
An optional add-on at checkout: a checklist for getting your pages cited by AI answer engines, plus the schema to go with it.
Other services and add-ons
Anything else you buy through the site, including monthly retainers, is covered by these terms plus whatever is written on the page where you bought it.
Delivery
- We aim to deliver the map within 3 business days of your intake being complete.
- Intake is complete when we have your domain, what you sell, and answers to any follow-up we send. The clock does not start until then.
- 3 business days is a target, not a contractual deadline. If we are going to be late, we tell you.
- You get a link to your dashboard by email, with a spreadsheet export inside it. Keep your own copy if you want one offline.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown at checkout when you buy. Payment is taken by Stripe; your card number goes to Stripe directly and we never store it. Ascendily is a US company and does not charge VAT. Your card is saved with Stripe when you buy, so later purchases are one click; nothing is charged to it unless you confirm that purchase yourself. Monthly services bill on the same day each month until you cancel, which you can do by email at any time.
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you do not like the map, email us within 30 days of delivery and we return the full amount you paid. No questions, no forms, no call to talk you out of it. You keep the map. The money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the growth plan and to the Ad Infinitum class purchases (the kit and the skills pack), and nothing else. It does not apply to any work we do or deliver for you, including: add-ons bought at checkout; the one-time offer after checkout; anything bought in your dashboard (checklists, gap sheets, briefs, outlines, articles, audits, forecasts, map refreshes, consultation calls); the monthly monitor; Done with you; and monthly retainers. For the Ad Infinitum purchases, the same terms apply as for the map: email us within 30 days of buying.
Every other purchase is a final sale
Everything you buy from us other than the purchases above is non-refundable once paid. The work on it starts straight away: research is run, documents are written for your site, and people spend real hours on it, none of which can be undone. So there is no money back on these purchases, for a change of mind, for not using what you bought, or for any other reason.
The one exception is our side of the deal. If we do not deliver what the page you bought from describes, tell us and we will put it right: we finish it, redo it, or, if we cannot, return what you paid for that item. That is the only basis for money back on these purchases.
A paid consultation call can be moved before it starts and cancelled and rebooked once; a second cancel or a missed call counts as the call taken.
Monthly services (the monitor and retainers) can be cancelled by email at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; the month already paid runs to its end and is not returned. The Starter, Growth and Accelerate packages have their own notice period and exit, set out in the package terms.
Starting work right away
When you buy, you ask us to start work immediately, and you agree to that. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, consumer law usually gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase. By buying, you expressly ask us to begin within those 14 days and you acknowledge that you lose that right to cancel once the service has been fully performed or the digital content has been made available to you, and that if you cancel before then, you pay for the work already done.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If anything is wrong with a charge, email kevin@frameworkseo.com first. A person replies within two business days, and most things are sorted in one email.
Please do not open a dispute with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback) for a purchase we delivered as described. For the growth plan you never need one: the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee gets your money back faster, just ask. If a charge is disputed, we answer it with the records we keep of the purchase: your acceptance of these terms at checkout, with the date, time and network address; what was delivered and when; your dashboard sign-ins; and our emails with you.
We contest every dispute on a purchase that was delivered as described. While one is open we may pause access to your dashboard and the deliverables, and if it is decided in our favour or withdrawn, we may recover the dispute fee our payment processor charged us. None of this takes away any right the law gives you, including disputing a charge you did not make or allow.
The $3,000 guarantee
If you publish the map in full and it does not move your organic revenue, we pay you $3,000. That promise has conditions about what you publish, what has to be true of your site, and how the result is measured. All of them are on the guarantee page, and that page is the controlling text for the payout. Nothing here adds to it or takes from it. In short: the whole map has to be fully and properly published within 18 months of the day we deliver it; one claim per person and per company; it is for established sites with a real history and existing rankings, so a brand new domain, or a site already filled with mass-produced AI or thin content before the map, does not qualify; a map bought in order to make it fail, through automated, low-quality or careless work, does not qualify; and we judge whether the site and the work meet the standard, in good faith and with our reasons in writing.
What we do not promise
- Results are never guaranteed. We do not promise rankings, traffic or revenue; the only payout we commit to is the conditional one on the guarantee page.
- Client results we show are real but specific to those businesses. They are not typical and not a prediction of yours.
- Search engines and AI systems change. A map built on today's data is our best work on today's data.
- We are not responsible for what you publish, how it is written, or how your site is built.
What you agree to
- To give us accurate details, including a domain you own or are authorised to work on.
- To use the map for your own business, not to resell it or pass it on as your own product.
- Not to use the site or the map for anything illegal.
Who owns what
- You get a perpetual licence to use the delivered map for the business it was built for. No time limit, no renewal.
- We keep the framework, the methodology and the templates the map is built from. Buying a map does not transfer any of that.
- You may not resell the map, publish it as a product, or use it to build maps for other people.
- Anything you publish based on the map is yours. We claim nothing in your content.
Email from us
Buying, or giving us your email on the site, puts you on our list. You will get your receipt and delivery emails, and after that emails about Framework SEO and Ascendily services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and using it does not affect anything you have bought. Our privacy policy covers what we do with your details.
Limits on our liability
Our total liability to you for anything arising from a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for it, with one exception: the $3,000 guarantee, which is paid on its own terms. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If something goes wrong, email us first; we would rather fix it than argue about it.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. The version in force when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase.
